A new and atypical concept for the Romanian construction market, characterized by sobriety, that defines us like construction management and construction company, but being reduplicate by an extremely perfection, specific for the German spirit.
Lufin Construct was founded in 2003 and from the first year our company had constructed in Romania and outside of the country too. The explosive development of this field in Romania represented a challenge and a great opportunity for a dynamic company and with high potential. Starting up from the gathered experience, the desire to prove that “it’s possible” , from an out of ordinary vision about this field, from the ambition to implement a well performing construction management, Lufin Construct had a permanent and solid growth.
At present, company’s activity is handled by four divisions:
- "Designing" Division – verification and writing down of the execution plans, respecting the general designing company specifications and the site’s dispositions emitted and approved by them or by the client
- "Structure Execution" Division - infra- and superstructure works for the constructions
- "Installations execution and architecture" Division – finishing works and installations for every kind of constructions
- "Project management" Division – the coordinating of the specific projects for every kind of construction built by our company and also and of other projects where we are specialty consultants.
There are 1164 employees in our company ( chief engineers, site chief engineers, foremans, crane workers, carpenters, iron workers, brick workers, gypsum board workers, painters, ceramic tiles workers, installation workers, unqualified workers). Our capital goods include: 6 COMANSA tower cranes, 6 high-pressure pumps, 10.000sqm metallic scaffolding, 8.000sqm modular formwork for vertical surfaces (walls, columns), 50.000sqm modular formwork for horizontal surfaces (beams, slabs), transport vehicles and specific machineries for reinforcement finishes, for concrete and finishing works.
